When buying a Railcard, you will have the option to receive it in digital or physical format. By choosing digital, you will receive a code to download it in the Railcard app, giving you access to instant savings. If you choose to buy a physical Railcard, please allow five working days for your Railcard to arrive.

To get your 16-25 Railcard discount loaded onto your registered Oyster card or 18+ Student Oyster photocard by taking it to a London Underground station along with your 16-25 Railcard and ask a member of staff to set the discount for you.
